EAR BODY ...

Are you okay?

I’m writing to you because I feel it’s important that you know how I really feel about you.

I love you.

I love everything you provide me with, but I must admit, sometimes I find it hard accepting the skin I’m in.

I used to sit and cry in the mirror about how I have cellulite & back rolls & wobbly thighs that rub together as I walk! I thought “why do mine do that??!! Why do my ugly fat thighs rub together and other girls’ don’t??!”. I used to squeeze the big cellulite patch on the side of my leg and wobble it until I felt so ashamed, that I couldn’t even look at my own reflection anymore!

WHY DID I ACT SO NEGATIVE & DESTRUCTIVE? WHY DID I PUT YOU THROUGH SO MUCH STRESS AND PAIN?

No more!!

From now on I accept you. I accept you for all that you are and I accept that you will change shape & size over time, but that’s OKAY! It’s okay to change. It’s okay to not be the same as somebody else. It’s okay, to be MYSELF! Undeniably MYSELF!! No more prodding & poking at you feeling ashamed. We are going to give you an embracive squeeze every morning & become overwhelmingly emotional at that thought of pure acceptance! I’m excited. I’m excited for my self love journey to be vocalised and I’m proud that I can be honest with how I feel about you.

You are sexy, fierce, womanly, feminine, curvy & sassy.

I will be kind to you from now on.

I promise.

I love you body.
