She Faced Her Deepest Insecurities… Then Turned Them Into Art

At the tender age of 8 or 9, Georgia was mesmerized by the sight of a dazzling M&S Christmas advent, where she first laid eyes on those ethereal models who seemed to embody grace and beauty. Little did she know that this early fascination would ignite a lifelong passion for all things artistic and creative.

Today, Georgia stands as a vibrant and talented woman who exudes an aura of confidence, but like many others, she has experienced her fair share of struggles and insecurities along the way. "I've never called myself a model before. Maybe I should start? I don't know. All I know is I'm a girl who loves to be in front and behind the camera. It's freeing," she reflects.

Having recently turned 27 in May, Georgia has already embarked on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. One of her most profound forms of expression is painting, an art that brings solace to her ever-busy mind. For her subjects, it's a revelation, a chance to view themselves as magnificent works of art.

Through her own experiences and interactions with others, Georgia discovered a transformative truth - our insecurities might be invisible to those around us. The self-criticism we harbor might not be as apparent to others as it is to ourselves. Understanding this, Georgia started to embrace and accept her true self, leading to a positive shift in her life.

With gratitude, she acknowledges that her body has given her two beautiful daughters, and she cherishes the small but significant victories, like being able to breastfeed for 18 months. Georgia passionately encourages women to embrace their bodies,

appreciate their journey, and love themselves unconditionally.

Her photography, in particular, is where Georgia finds her most confident self. The camera becomes a portal to her inner world, where she feels sexy, desirable, and liberated.

As a working mother of two, she recognizes the challenge of maintaining such confidence in daily life, but through her photography, she is able to unleash her true essence.

"You have to stop caring what other people think,"

Georgia advises with a smile, acknowledging that it may sound cliché, but it's an essential truth. She urges women to focus on what brings them joy, what makes them feel good, and to watch their confidence grow from within.

For Georgia, body confidence is an intimate and individual journey, unique to each woman.

Her advice is simple yet profound - wear what makes you feel good, not what you think makes you look good. It's all about connecting with your inner self, finding that internal spark of joy that radiates outward.

As an artist and photographer, Georgia believes in the power of self-expression. She encourages all girls to capture moments of their true selves through photography. These photos serve as reminders of their confidence and beauty, ready to be summoned whenever needed. For Georgia, photoshoots are her go-to remedy for boosting confidence.

Her life's wisdom can be summarized in two essential steps: courage and confidence.

"First comes courage then comes confidence,"

Georgia remarks, not certain who originated the quote, but firmly believing its truth. Through her journey, she discovered that courage is the key to unlocking one's potential, and with each new achievement, confidence blooms like a beautiful flower.

In Georgia's story, we find an artist, a mother, a woman with insecurities and courage, and above all, a soul who has learned to love herself and embrace her uniqueness. She reminds us that we all have the power to find beauty within ourselves, just as she captures the beauty she sees in others through her lens and brush strokes. Georgia's journey is an ode to self-love and serves as an inspiration for all to embrace their true selves and embark on a journey of confidence and courage.
